When can I shave my head after an FUE hair transplant? (Photo)

You can cut or shave your head after your skin has healed. You're at six months post op. Unless there is an issue with your scalp or healing you can shave your head.  If you have concerns ask your surgeon.

By the time you are 6 months past your procedure, you can treat your hair as if it was normal, non-transplanted hair. Things like shaving, dyeing, etc. are all safe to do at this point, for both the donor and recipient area hairs.

You can shave your donor area anytime after a FUE Transplant.  This could be done even within the first few day after a hair transplant and it cannot affect the healing process of the donor area.  You can check this webpage that discusses what to expect and what to do in different phases after an FUE hair transplant procedure. 

You can harmonize your hair cut the very next day after the surgery and dye your hair two weeks after the procedure.

I'm sorry to hear you're not to happy with your result, may I ask how many grafts you had harvested? Would you be able to send a photo of the recipient site?Your still only at 6 months, and in my experience hair can take 12-18 months for it to reach full density from the transplant.

At the 6-month stage, about half of the hair transplanted has
initially emerged. Feel free to grow out, cut, dye, or style your hair in any
way that you want.

At this time, everything should be healed and at 6 months you can do anything you want, shave your head or let your hair grow out as it is the time that the grafts should be just emerging.
