I am asking a lot of questions here because i cannot find a quaifled surgeon in my area What is frustrating me that each time i asked about receipient area scars the doctors always told me they are permenant. How it cannot be treated and it is less than 1 mm (some less than 0.5) We see huge scars on face and arms all heal and treated properly what make hair transplant scars Different. I want to treat the skin then remove the hair gradually or reverse the whole thing? Is it possible

I am plastic surgeon who is a member
of ISHRS (international society of hair restoration surgery ) and performing
hair restoration surgery for 13 years . Approximatelly 3500 operation done by
my self to date. I just prefer to perform FUE technique in hair restoration
surgery. I personally harvest grafts one by one 
during the FUE (follicular unit extraction) operation by using micro
motor, under local anesthesia. .
Approximatelly 40-45 greft for each centimeter square will be transplanted to
bare area .. There will be no scar or obvious
marks nor at the donor area neither at transplantation site .Because of small punch size that we use on micromotor.But ıf you shave hair all , very smanll tiny pin point white scars may be seen in close wiev.

You should not have recipient scars from an FUE, You might have donor scars which are punctate and if these are present the best and possibly the only way to treat these is with scalp micropigmentation (see web reference below which happens to work well with recipient scars as well.
