I'm aware of how I have to sleep so I won't disrupt the grafts, when can I go back to my normal sleeping routine? Also when can I start washing my beard without the use of a cup to finally having the direct shower head hitting my face and grafts? And on March, 26, 2016 I'm seeing my dentist cause I have a cracked chip tooth that has to be repaired am unaware if the dentists will have to hit me with needles to numb the area just wanna make sure it won't disrupt my new hair grafts?

Answer: Beard restoration post op care. I'd advise you review again the post op instructions with your surgeon. Every surgeon has different instructions. We advise patients to sleep on the back, slightly elevated. We advise daily washing of the grafts with soapy water for 5-7 days followed my gentle rubbing of the grafts to the end of week 2. Direct shower can hit the grafts at day 12-14.A dental procedure will have no impact on the grafts at 12 days post surgery.
