Is it safe to inject under eye filler after sclerotherapy treatment under the eye?

I am getting a small blue under eye vein treated with sclerotherapy. I am also planning on getting filler injected under my eyes to treat the hallowness/darkness that I have. How long should I wait to get the filler injected after the sclerotherapy treatment? Is it safe to inject filler after the treatment? Thanks!

There should be no issue doing an upper and lower lid bleph with permanent eyeliner. The only time there may be a problem, if the liner extends upward on the upper eyelid laterally, then a portion may be included in the lateral portion of the incision.
