Follow-up question: Could orbital rim implants or a mid facelift along with a canthoplasty help this issue? (Photos)

Rounded outer eyes. I'm posting asking again because the 2 responses I received said I need lower eyelid retraction surgery to fix this issue I already had lower eyelid retraction surgery with a canthoplasty. I think the issue is lack of skin in the eyelid area and that's why the outer eyes are rounding, so maybe orbital rim implants or a mid facelift along with a canthoplasty could solve this issue? Below is the original post.
