Rounded outer eyes. I'm posting asking again because the 2 responses I received said I need lower eyelid retraction surgery to fix this issue I already had lower eyelid retraction surgery with a canthoplasty. I think the issue is lack of skin in the eyelid area and that's why the outer eyes are rounding, so maybe orbital rim implants or a mid facelift along with a canthoplasty could solve this issue? There should be no issue doing an upper and lower lid bleph with permanent eyeliner. The only time there may be a problem, if the liner extends upward on the upper eyelid laterally, then a portion may be included in the lateral portion of the incision.
