Had a primary Rhinoplasty and septoplasty. The doctor elevated my tip too much and so it looks overturned now and my nose looks too short. What is usually done to correct something like this?

I think that each individual case is so different that it is hard to say. I have seen some really badly deviated noses and some awful twisted tips. I have also seen visible out of place grafts, to name a few.
