Procedure to hide the white/scleral part of eye? (Photo)

stephanieadler
I prefer eyes with a bigger ratio of iris to sclera. I know canthoplasty can help with the outer/temporal half of the eye, however it can look slightly fake at times. What about procedures for the inner/nasal part of the eye? And any other alternatives for the outer eye? Thank you!
