Hello, I'm a 22 year old guy and have droopy outter eye corners that really bothered me for a long time (I always had them). I would like to have them in a more neutral position (Inner corner = outter corner) or slightly higher (outter > inner). Would a Canthoplasty do the job? How predictable are the results and are they lasting?
