I have extremely dark circles where the pigmentation isn't even fully covered through makeup. I do not have hollows. I get a lot of sleep. What is the best minimally invasive treatment? Also, is there any treatment besides surgery to get a more lifted cat eye effect? Thanks in advance.
or can it just be used to open the outer corners for already relatively big doe eyes? (not wanting to change from doe to cat but just wanting to re open the outer corners which seem to have closed a little overtime/ with age ... thank you!
I had a lower Blepharoplasty and canthoplasty (fox eye) I didnt really want the fox eye but they said this is the only way Ill get the desired result. Anyway I had the procedure 18 months ago and I lost the majority of feeling around my eyes. Now I am getting the feeling / movement back when I raise my eyebrows my left eye closes involuntarily. I have been back to see the surgeon and he has said I will just need to treat it with Botox for THE REST OF MY LIFE! Please tell me there is a fix!?
How can i make my right eye more positively tilted so its the same degree as my left? I know fixing sclera show would help but i ideally want to keep my sclera show as despite it not being the conventional opinion i actually like the look. I was thinking of a temporal brow lift but as far as im aware that will also reduce sclera show. Would a canthoplasty to raise the corner of the right eye work for this purpose? Any surgery or non surgical ideas? Thank you v much.

what are everyones thoughts on cat eyes surgery on men and woman. i see alot of this being done in the middle east. this would also be coming from someone who doesnt mind an unnatural look. i find this sugery lifts the brow and midface and outer eye to elongate the face. it looks scary at first but once swelling goes down i find it looks good. im wondering if drs or why drs dont do it in usa or uk or australia?
I had a transconjunctival Lower Bleph over 6 months ago which left me hollow from too much fat removal and now have more prominent unflattering lower eyelid wrinkles when smiling. I had under eye wrinkles when smiling before but it was more bulgy rather than wrinkly. What can I do? Would a lower eyelid skin pinch or cantoplasty work? maybe some filler right underneath the lash line? Please help
I have lower lid refraction which results in scleral show and a negative canthal tilt. I also have quite dry eyes, which I am managing with scleral lenses (they work quite well by keeping my cornea bathed in fluid) I've wanted a canthopexy for quite some time, as I would prefer a neutral canthal tilt I am afraid that it could worsen dry eye, however is it possible it could help my dry eye as less of my eye would be exposed if the lower lid is raised?
