What procedure would be best to fix the way my chin sticks out?

I’ve never liked my side profile because of how my chin sticks out when I smile and I really wanna do something about it, but I’m not sure what procedure would fit best. I’m 19 years old with braces that are set to come off in the next month.

In our practice for over 25 years , we have used silastic chin implants by Implantech, with an excellent success rate.The results are very natural. We do not recommend porous implants.

If this operation is done correctly, the incidence should be low (not 0%). Things that I do to help avoid this include an intraoral incision which allows for a pocket to be created between the mandible and the pterygomasseteric sling rather than completely cutting the muscle. I hope this helps.
