You would benefit from a chin reduction. This can be done through an incision under your chin with burring down of the mandible at the chin.

You can have it shin reduction if you wish to go through a surgical procedure to decrease the vertical length of your chin. It’s a fairly complex procedure and it’s typically done more commonly by oral surgeons.
