I've been looking to fix my chin for a while now and from what I can tell it doesn't seem to be an issue with shape but rather positioning. I've also read that implants or genioplasty might leave me with an odd looking mental crease. Unfortunately jaw surgery is far too expensive for me right now, and while I do have an underbite my dentist hasn't made much of a fuss so I don't know if it'd be bad enough for the NHS to cover it. What do you guys think? Could I get away with genioplasty/chin implant?
