If I press hard on areas I have fillers will it move especially when getting extractions during facials?

I have Restylane Lyft on my nose and chin and also Voluma on my cheeks. I was wondering if i scrub my face or press hard on it if it would move? Also i get extractions during facials and my facialists presses really hard on my nose especially, will it make my fillers move?
