I’m less than 2 weeks post op and noticed that in certain lighting I have a dent on the bridge of my nose where a dorsal hump was removed. I had a closed procedure, no tip work, only the dorsal hump was removed, no breaking of the bone. Is it too early to tell? Is this swelling? Or is this an open roof deformity?

You are still very early in the healing process and it is too early to evaluate your final results. Swelling can dramatically mask the nasal appearance. It could take a year for the swelling to completely resolve so try to be patient as you allow your body more time to heal.
Based on your photos, it seems like open roof deformity, but to diagnose only can be done after detailed adequate examination, and if so, Revision Rhinoplasty is needed.
