Is this post op swelling or open roof deformity?

Open roof? Maybe. Perhaps there is some logical explanation for this early dorsal indention on your nose, at 2 weeks post op, but I share your concerns. Ask your surgeon if he/she thinks that this will improve as you recover. If not, may need to consider grafts, alloderm and/or osteotomies of the nasal bones for correction. Hope this helps. 

Based on your photo and the fact that you did not have your nose broken at the time of the reduction of your dorsum, you most likely have an open roof deformity. If the nasal bones were not brought together after a nasal hump removal an open roof deformity may be present. Discuss your present appearance with your surgeon.

Dear NDdancer25, When you reduce a dorsal hump it is necessary to perform osteotomies in order to bring the nasal bones back together to avoid an open roof deformity.
