I had a Rhinoplasty done 8 months ago, & I feel ever since the surgery my skin texture has not been the same it’s very oily on the nose and rough and bumpy and I just feel like my pores are so clogged on the nose and near it & my Makeup does not apply the same as it use to... Does this go away on its own, or do I need to get some special facial? Also my nose is still kinda of sensitive so is it safe to?

Thanks for your question. Having some changes in your skin after rhinoplasty is not too unusual. I typically recommend that our patients see an aesthetician for a hydra facial treatment. Good luck as you heal!
