8 months post op rhinoplasty and my skin has not been the same. Does this go away or do I need to get a special facial? (photos)

I had a Rhinoplasty done 8 months ago, & I feel ever since the surgery my skin texture has not been the same it’s very oily on the nose and rough and bumpy and I just feel like my pores are so clogged on the nose and near it & my Makeup does not apply the same as it use to... Does this go away on its own, or do I need to get some special facial? Also my nose is still kinda of sensitive so is it safe to?
