Hello I do think my nose is too close to my mouth and my mouth is at too high place for my face.there is 1.9 cm between my nose and mouth and my upper lips are too slim.Also my mouth is too small.Any solution for this?

By doing this, it will create more space between the nose and the upper lip. Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. You appear to have a drooping nasal tip. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn up your tip slightly and a dorsal hump reduction. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon. If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Your nose is too long so it is almost hanging on your upper lip. You also have a moderate side jump on the bridge. These can be addressed with standard rhinoplasty techniques. If you’re interested you should go on a few consults and look at a lot of before and after photos.
