Or do I have Tuberous breast - will fat transfer alone make them look rounder? - I’m 34 years old, I’ve had 3 C-sections - I’d like to find out if fat transfer alone will be enough to get fuller & perhaps bigger breast without implants? My goal is to may be achieve the last pic look? I’m planning on getting a tummy tuck as well, I just don’t know if it’s possible to have both at the same time ? Please advise thanks in advance.
Answer: Augmentation You do not have constricted breasts, and breast implants will give you a better shape and size than a fat transfer. the fat transfer is limited to an increase of up to one cup in size. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.

Answer: Lower pole hypoplasia? Thank you for your question and photos. Overall the breast has a nice shape and fullness, but the lower pole is a little “tight” or mildly “hypoplastic”. To really round this out, an implant will be best. For often a slightly lesser fullness or roundness, fat grafting can be a great tool, which allows you to avoid the use of an implant.

Answer: Will a fat transfer alone make them look rounder? It appears you have some constriction to the lower poles of the breasts. This can be released during an augmentation. In order to get a look closest to the "wish" photo you may want to consider implants. They will give you a natural slope and appearance to the breasts. A tummy tuck is often combined with this procedure. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Fat transfer or Breast Implants? Thank you for your question and for your photos. You have a good position of your nipples but as you correctly mentioned, there is a constricted lower pole. It is possible to perform breast surgery and abdominoplasty at the same time, but looking at the shape of your breasts, I believe that implants combined with the surgical release of the constricted lower pole during the augmentation, would be the best course of action to achieve the best breast you can have. Obviously the best way forward is to be seen and examined by an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your are.All the bestAndrea MarandoPlastic and Cosmetic Surgeon, Manchester and London UK.

Answer: Do I have lower pole hypoplasia? Bilateral Constricted breast? Will a fat transfer alone make them look rounder? Hello and thank you for your question. Tummy tuck and breast surgery can be performed at the same. You can have fat transfer to your breasts. There are certain factors to consider prior to undergoing fat transfer. There is a limitation in the amount fat that can be transferred successfully in one session, which is largely determined by the existing breast volume prior to the procedure. Typically, we can inject 200-250 cc per breast. Patients can expect an increase in the breast volume by 1/2 to 1 cup. Generally speaking, donor sites are abdomen, flanks and thighs. This has the advantage of improving the contour of abdomen and waist, and simultaneous in breast volume. Another factor to consider is unpredictability of fat retention after transfer. Overall, implants are more common and have better and more reliable outcomes. My best advice is that you discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon. I would ask to see before and after pictures of their real patients. It's important that you trust your surgeon's skills and ability to achieve the results you are looking for.
