Do I have lower pole hypoplasia? Bilateral Constricted breast? Will a fat transfer alone make them look rounder? (photos)

Or do I have Tuberous breast - will fat transfer alone make them look rounder? - I’m 34 years old, I’ve had 3 C-sections - I’d like to find out if fat transfer alone will be enough to get fuller & perhaps bigger breast without implants? My goal is to may be achieve the last pic look? I’m planning on getting a tummy tuck as well, I just don’t know if it’s possible to have both at the same time ? Please advise thanks in advance.
