I like my side view. I just don’t like how bulbous my nose looks from the front, it looks like a triangle. I wish my nose weren’t so “prominent” either, most noses blend into people’s faces if that makes sense.. so what can I do? Would hyaluronic acid help? And also, what type of nose do I have? Is there a name for it?

Answer: Rhinoplasty I think the only worthwhile way to get the result you want is surgical. Non surgical options won’t work in your case.

Answer: Sorry, your nose would require a rhinoplasty. A "non-surgical rhinoplasty" would only make it look bigger! The two cartilages that form the tip of your nose are strong and broad, and they make the tip look big. From the side, they also hold the tip down, and elevating the tip might be a good part of a real rhinoplasty operation. The woman in the short video that I posted with this answer had the tip of her nose narrowed in her operation. If you decide to consider a real rhinoplasty, remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. For most noses, it's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery. Read my essay on how to stay out of trouble while selecting a rhinoplasty surgeon. And it also discusses how to take photos that are best for online evaluations.
