My first op was closed, to correct a bulbous tip/bump in bridge. Then Rhinoplasty 2 - open, under sedation adjustment to correct columella and shrink the tip a little more. I’m 6 months post, and Surgeon 2 said I had a LOT of edema, but ever since my first op I’ve developed weird dimples at the top of my nose, either side of the bridge. Surgeon 1 used filler to smooth them out years ago, but my usual filler gal (LOL) says she wouldn’t dare inject on the side of the nose. Could someone advise?
