Do all nose fillers have to enter at the tip of the nose? What if you are not concerned about the tip but more the dip under the eyebrow bone can the needle/cannula enter there?
Answer: The needle is placed where we want to inject filler, not always in the tip. If the top of your nose needs to be raised, that would be the place where the needle would be injected for placement of filler. Based on our experience, the dissolving enzyme does not lead to the appearance of baggy skin on the nose. Rather it can dissolve the pre-existing temporary gel filler. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Look of Nose after Filler Hi and thank you for your question! There are different areas and techniques for filler injection for nonsurgical nose job, and it doesn't have to be from the tip. Also, the filler is worn out slowly and gradually and the skin has long time to adjust to the gradual volume change and hence we do not expect to see skin laxity or other issues once the filler is gone. I hope it helps and good luck!

Answer: What Happens When Filler Completely Dissolves Hi imnext1, Thank you for the question. Dermal fillers used for the nose, such as Restylane, slowly metabolize over the course of about 1 year. When the filler has completely dissolved the nose will look the same way it did before filler. Any height gained with filler will be lost. The skin and surrounding tissue should be unaffected and lie flat. A word of advice, make sure to find a doctor who specializes in non-surgical rhinoplasty, as this is an anatomically challenging area and requires specialized skill and finesse. Attend an in-person consultation to tailor your treatment based on your unique anatomy and treatment goals. Here is a video and a link to our website that provides a more in-depth look at Non-Surgical Rhinoplasties. We hope this is helpful. Good luck and stay beautiful! ~ Mabrie Facial Institute

Answer: Nose fillers I do a lot of nonsurgical nose jobs with fillers where I can enter from the tip with a cannula or I can enter from the radix with a needle. I use different techniques depending on the patient's goals and anatomy. Just keep in mind that the area you are trying to inject has higher possible risks like tissue necrosis and blindness. Please make sure you do your research and go to a professional with a lot of experience. Best of Luck! Emily Trinh, RN

Answer: Nose fillers Nose fillers are placed according to where they are needed and where it can be safely done. Injections into the tip of the nose are for increasing the projection and fixing any dents near the tip. The bridge closest to the eyes is best raised with a injection directly into that area. The amount of filler used is very small and the skin of the nose will tighten back down as the filler is dissolved. Hope this helps!Johnson C. lee, MDBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon
