Hi! Although the treatment of choice is by surgery, your nose can be improved significantly non-surgically. This is best done with PDO threads instead of liquid fillers like juvederm. Liquid fillers are "liquid" and do not have shape, so that when injected into the nose, they increase the volume but the shape cannot be maintained. They tend to spread, e.g., when injected to increase the height of the bridge of the nose, initially it looks OK but with time the liquid spreads and the bridge of the nose becomes flatter and wider. When looking at after pictures, it is important to know how long after the surgery the pictures were taken. Modifying the shape of the nose with threads can give you a more definitive shape which can be maintained for a long period of time depending on what kind of threads are used. With this method the height and shape of the bridge, the shape of the nasal tip and the contour of the nostrils can be changed and can last for a long time. Looking at your pictures, you would benefit from narrowing the tip and changing the shape of the nostrils by straightening the curvature of the nostrils. You should consult a plastic surgeon who is familiar with this procedure
