Should I consider corrective surgery?
Answer: Unfortunately we are excessively critical in Los Angeles. I am not sure you need surgery at this time. However I suspect that the issues that are contributing to a loss of the youthful characteristics of your eyes could be helped with nonsurgical methods. The under eyes could be helped with fillers and the brow position could be lifted with microdroplet Xeomin or BOTOX. When you are ready, I suggest that you consult a cosmetic eyelid specialist regarding your options.

Answer: Eyelid surgery in young female for drooping. Eyelid surgery in young female for drooping. This is very minimal. No surgery now. Your eyes look lovely and do look droopy.

Answer: Minor changes are unworthy of surgery. In my opinion you're being excessively critical. I would personally advise you against any aesthetic eyelid surgery at this time.

Answer: Drooping uneven eyelids Thank you for your question. Looking at your pictures, I see that your right eye is slightly droopier than your left eye. It also has slightly more fullness. Surgery the the only way to correct this difference between your eyes the drooping you have noticed in both eyes. Whether it bothers you enough to correct is a personal decision. Surgery is safe and will not make you look older. Whenever you undergo surgery, there will be scars. Scars on the eyes heal well and are not as noticeable as in other parts of your body. You will not look older after surgery. Patients generally look more refreshed and more alert, less tired. In situations like yours, Other people generally say they look great, but are not sure what is different. Eyelid surgery is one of the most popular surgeries among Asians to make their eyelids bigger and to look more energetic. Most important thing is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in eyelid surgery.

Answer: Drooping The change in your image sis relatively minor and I would suggest that surgery at this stage would not be advisable as the potential risks really do outweigh the benefits. As you get older this may change. You are best to see aboard certified PS to discuss. Best wishes
