Can I do multiple facial surgeries together (Rhinoplasty, Chin Implant + Lipo, Eyelid Surgery, Under Eyelid Fat Graft)?

Yes these can all be done at onetime. Fat can be placed under the eyelid through a blepharoplasty but not injected. See a very experienced surgeon who does these with natural results. 

If you're otherwise healthy enough for cosmetic surgery, it's certainly acceptable and reasonable to do the operations you mentioned all at the same time. This has the advantage of only requiring one healing period, too. As for the swelling, expect to be bruised for up to two weeks and for most of the swelling to be gone by two weeks as well. The exception is the nose which will still be swollen for MUCH longer, but even by two weeks the nose should be socially acceptable, so to speak.All the best,--DCPPearson Facial Plastic Surgery®

There are pros and cons to doing multiple procedures at once. Usually it is possible but it depends on patient's health, type of procedures, and surgeon's skills, among others.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  If you are in good health and can obtain medical clearance from your primary physician, then these procedures can be safely combined into one surgery.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Typically, if you are in a good health, the combination of your mentioned procedures couldbe done in one session, so long as your doctor is not too slow with his or her hands...keep in mind, that the American Society of Plastic Surgery recommends that cosmetic surgeries should not exceed 6 hours in duration. Your bruise time will be around two weeks and your swelling time, threeweeks. However, you should be able to get back to work after around two weeks with some mild swelling remaining. Whatever Serling time remains, will go away in the next few weeks. Although the nose job could be an exception, depending on what is to be done... Good luck!

Yes, this is a great question. All of these can be done at the same time. See an experienced surgeon that has done multiple procedures like this. I typically will not perform another facial procedure on a client if they want it split up until about 6 weeks after. Each surgeon has their own preference. If you do decide to split up the procedures, make sure you find out what your surgeon requires. Swelling typically starts to subside at about the 7 to 10 day period...but everyone is different, depending on any post operative complications, etc. I would probably recommend at least 2 weeks for this amount of procedures being done all at once. 

It certainly is possible to do all all procedures at one time. I do suggest you reconsider your chin procedure. If you are already doing fat transfer below the eyelid then fat transfer the chin area may be a better option.

We commonly do multiple procedures at once. I often do what you mentioned plus facelift, forehead work etc. The recovery depends on the several factors including technique of the surgeon. You have close to two weeks so most signs of surgery should be gone or easily hidden. Let us know if you have any questions. Best wishes.

 In our practice, we do not recommend placement of  fat grafting under the lower lids for a variety of reasons/ complications.  A closed rhinoplasty procedure along with a chin implant and eyelid surgery  can all be performed together, as long as your surgeon can perform that in less than five hours general anesthesia. Anticipate two weeks of visible bruising and swelling. 

It sounds like all of the procedure that you describe can safely and readily be completed within several hours of anesthesia.  Ask your surgeon what he/she expects of your recovery but in all likelihood two weeks should allow for resolution of bruising and enough of the swelling that you will be presentable.Best wishes for a successful outcome.Jon A Perlman MD FACS
