One of my eyes is smaller than the other. Can I fix it? Should I? (Photos)

Your eye is not smaller, you just have a slightly drooping eyelid. This is called ptosis. Some cases of ptosis are worse that others and yours is not bad, although it is giving you the impression that your eye is smaller. This can be corrected surgically and you should have a consultation for ptosis repair. 

It looks like you may have mild ptosis of your left eye. The drooping lid is what is making the eye look smaller. I’d recommend an in-person consultation with an oculoplastic surgeon. I hope this helps.

Yes, this may be improved by tightening the muscles of your upper eyelid. Do not understand why your previous surgery did not correct this. Your procedure to correct your eyelid postion may be covered by your health insurance. 

It appears you have left upper eyelid ptosis. See following link for more information. See an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation and possible eyelid ptosis repair. 

You have ptosis of the left upper eyelid.  See an oculoplastic surgeon who can evaluate the eyelid muscles and determine what would be the best procedure to elevate the lid. 

It appears that you have ptosis of the smaller eye.  Ptosis occurs when a muscle in the upper eyelid becomes weakened and the upper eyelid then falls lower across the eyeball than it should.  This problem can be corrected with surgery. I would see an oculoplastic surgeon or a surgeon experienced in ptosis surgery.
