I have undergone upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty 3 months back. The preoperative tired look is changed to sunken eye look. Shall I go ahead with fat filling or shall I wait till 3 more months?

It appears that you have some laxity of the lateral aspect of your eyelids. You may also have some issues with drainage of your tear ducts. A visit with an ophthalmologist/occuloplasti surgeon is recommended.
