I had a bbl, but the garment caused a dent in my hip. I really don't want to go through the full extent of the very major surgery again as the dent is very small, about 3 inches by 1 inch and about 1/4 of a inch deep. I know I need a new fat graft to fix this. Could this be done in-office? What would the recovery be like? Could I be awake? I just can't go through the full bbl experience again for such a small abnormality. My other thought would be could I do sculptra or long term filler?

Yes it appears that fat transfer would work well to round out your contours. Liposuction from your sides and lower back to obtain the fat. Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon with fat grafting experience.
