Answer: Jaw Botox Honestly, I am not a big fan of jaw Botox. It takes 30-60 units of Botox to temporarily weaken the masseter muscle and the cosmetic results may be unnoticeable. I prefer to widen the appearance of the cheekbones with fillers or slim the angles of the mandible with surgery. Good luck
