Should Juvederm and Belotero be mixed into the same syringe? (Photos)

Thank you for your question. Mixing fillers in this manner is not recommended and something we don't do in our practice. I would suggest following up with you injector if you're unsatisfied with your results to discuss you next steps. You can also consider seeing another qualified injector.

Hi Isamo.  At our practice, we do not mix fillers together.  Rather if we want to use them together, we will layer them in the skin. Bottom line is mix or no mix, you would like to see better results.  If you are not getting better results, may need to try a different product or a different injector.  Best of luck.

I have never mixed different fillers in the same syringe and have not heard of this being done in all the years of injecting various dermal fillers. Her reasoning is non-nonsensical and my advice would be to find a qualified injector the next time you decide to have this type of procedure.

Although I sometimes layer different fillers to give optimal results, I have never mixed 2 different fillers into one syringe and it is not something I would recommend doing for many reasons. Her reasoning for doing it doesn't make sense either. If you are not happy with your results I would recommend you see an experienced physician injector for your treatments. Best wishes.

Thanks for your question! I have never mixed different fillers together in the same syringe, and I don't know of any of my physician colleagues who follow this practice either. I recommend you stick with only experienced and well trained physician injectors who can better deliver to you the results you are seeking.  Best of luck!

The practice of mixing different fillers in the same syringe is NOT a common one. Your lips however do show that they are slightly fuller especially in the Vermilion border line that is now better defined. You should discuss this with your treating physician who's responsible for your treatment. Good luck from New York City
