Answer: Dark Circles/Eye Bags/Wrinkles - Fillers (Belotero, Juvederm Volbella); Lasers (Fraxel/CO2); Renuvion; Microneedling/PRP; Peels At home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules) should be started now. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat will such as lower eyelid blepharoplasty with or without fat pad repositioning will be the best long term. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles without surgery. Non invasive less downtime options such as fillers (Belotero, Juvederm Volbella), lasers (Moxi/Halo/Fraxel/CO2), Renuvion (J-Plasma), microneedling/PRP, stem cells and microneedling RF like Fractora PiXel8 or Morpheus can all help give some improvement. Answer: Treating under eye dark circles What you call a dark circle is actually a shadow that is being cast by your own eye over the area in the lower eyelid which is very hollow. I generally do not recommend filling in the hollow area that you have in the lower eyelid with fillers. My recommendation to my patience has been using autologous fat which provides a more natural and longer lasting result. After having been using Restylane and Juvederm for more than 23 years it is my opinion that they can create an even worse appearance in the lower eyelid area. Good luck from New York City

Answer: Dark circles under eyes Hi mirebelle and thank you for your question! It is always best to sit down with a professional to have them evaluate you in person so that you can receive a more formal evaluation of your concerns. Based on the pictures shown, you may benefit from tear trough filler. We usually recommend Restylane under the eyes to help improve the volume loss.
