Which are describing seems fairly commonplace. Nevertheless it is not a bad idea to report a new area of pain to your surgeon.
You should be experiencing some different pains still at only 13 days after a tummy tuck. Localization of pain does occur as nerve endings are regenerating and these pains can move from place to place. Address this spot the next visit with your plastic surgeon.
I do not think it is unusual to feel pain like you are describing. In fact, you may feel twinges of pain from the muscle plication for months as your healing progresses. Having said that, it is important that the pain is not caused by an infection or other problem that needs more immediate attention, and for this you should have your plastic surgeon take a look.

It is perfectly normal to have numbness after a tummy tuck which is expected to slowly have sensation return to normal after many months following your surgery.
That will heal just fine. If you were my patient I would have you clean with soap and water. Light layer of neosporin and gauze and do that daily. Try not to twist or straighten up enough to pull on the incision. You will do just find.
Usually the drainage is a clear yellow color by day 4. If it is cloudy, then you need to see your plastic surgeon ASAP to make sure your not infected.
