I think that the amount of calories you consume is probably right on based on your height and activity level, assuming you are at the weight you want to be at. For example, suppose you now weigh 130 pounds, and you want to maintain that weight. If you consume 1900 calories a day and your weight remains constant from week to week than you are consuming the correct amount of calories.On the other hand, suppose you now weigh 150 pounds, but you want to only weigh 130 pounds. If you consume 1900 calories a day and week after week, your weight remains constant at 150 pounds, then 1900 calories is too much for you.
There is no specific diet or number of calories that are recommended after a tummy tuck. This depends on the individual's size and activity level. In general, you should try to stay away from high salt intact, heavy alcohol consumption, lots of carbohydrates and diet sodas. It's probably best to stick with high protein, low fat foods and lots of fruits and veggies and exercise regularly.

A massage does not drain fluid. Some surgeons recommend postoperative massage in order to break up potential scarring and increase circulation to the area that is healing. While it may have some benefits, a massage is certainly not "necessary."
It is perfectly normal to have numbness after a tummy tuck which is expected to slowly have sensation return to normal after many months following your surgery.
That will heal just fine. If you were my patient I would have you clean with soap and water. Light layer of neosporin and gauze and do that daily. Try not to twist or straighten up enough to pull on the incision. You will do just find.
Usually the drainage is a clear yellow color by day 4. If it is cloudy, then you need to see your plastic surgeon ASAP to make sure your not infected.

Resolution of nerve pain varies between patients. It may take months to resolve. Continue to use Gabapentin and follow up with your plastic surgeon.
