My butt is naturally fat but doesn’t have the lift it had when I was younger. I’m 25 now and I have banana rolls and cellulite on my thighs and dimples on my butt. I want a but lift and I believe thigh lipo or lift idk. I know that If I lost weight and worked out it would be nice. But I’m PCOS and it’s very hard to lose weight. My weight is like a yo-yo

Based purely upon your concerns and your photos, a lower buttock tuck may be your best solution. A lower buttock tuck can eliminate the banana roll, lift the back of the thigh, and create a unified more defined lower butt/thigh crease.  Liposuction of the banana roll and back of the thigh can be very tricky and often results in worsening of the problem and creation of more skin creases and/or folds. Hence liposuction of this area is best avoided. Glad to be of help.

Thank you for your question and photos. Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas creating a shape that accentuates your hips & buttocks. Fat transfer to your hips & buttocks will bring out your curves, increase volume in your buttocks and improve shape. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. There are several ways to address cellulite depending upon depth of cellulite, location, elasticity of overall skin envelope, and subcutaneous fat layer. There is no uniformly successful method for treating it. My practice is now using BodyFX, a non-invasive procedure, that requires no down time to reduce the appearance of cellulite. The procedure combines different clinically proven modalities (radio frequency energy, deep tissue heating and suction coupled negative pressure) to distribute heat to the skin and underlying fat, causing the tissues to contract.
 A posterior lower body lift can help lift the buttocks and make the lateral thighs appear lifted as well. This does tend to flatten the buttock, and this can be viewed as a drawback. The skin typically does look better in that the looseness is reduced.

The definition of BBL is fat transfer. It is not possible to have a BBL without fat transfer. There are other butt lift procedures that are possible. If you just want a lift, a butterfly lift may work for you. This does come with a scar that runs all the way across the top of your butt. The banana rolls can be treated with liposuction. No surgery is great for treatment of cellulite and dimples. There are some non-invasive options like Morpheus that can help with cellulite. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.

It seems like you’ve already answered your own question. Diet and exercise are probably the healthiest best thing you can do to have a good looking body. Weight fluctuations will hurt your skin and self-esteem. No a healthy weight work towards that and learn to stay up that weight.

Dr. Stanton has a point if that something you want to go through.

I suggest you avoid liposuction of your inner thighs and banana rolls.
