What is best skin tightening procedure in 2020 for loose skin on thighs/butt after my lipo? (Photos)

this is generally a very tricky area of anatomy. I have tried various types of minimally invasive skin tightening treatments such as J-plasma Renuvion and Body-tite but both have had little to no effect.  Thus my gold standard treatment for tightening of the skin at the lower buttock and upper back of the thigh regions is a lower buttock tuck (aka “banana-roll plasty”).  A lower buttock tuck is kind of like a tummy tuck for the buttock in that it removes loose sagging skin from not only the lower buttock but also the back of the thigh to tighten both areas and create a more defined buttock crease. In doing so it also aesthetically shortens and/or rounds out the buttock cheek. It is ideal for those patients that have had significant weight loss or fluctuations, changes from fillers injected, multiple pregnancies, or who’s derrieres have succumb to the dreaded effects of gravity and aging. It is also effective for those whom feel their buttock cheek is naturally too long or square and just want it proportionately shortened and rounded, respectively.  Glad to help  

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Based on your photos you may be a good candidate for a minimally invasive skin tightening procedure called J Plasma or Body Tite. I recommend an in person consultation to discuss surgical goals. However, the golden standard for skin tightening is still lifting or cutting procedures.

you might consider Cellfina to reduce the cellulite. Patients are usually satisfied after the treatment (over 90 %). I would suggest you to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience with Cellfina.

To date we don’t have any great or even good treatments for your thighs.
Removing fat never improves the skin.
Non-surgical skin tightening or minimally invasive skin tightening such as radio frequency treatments including bodytite  and J plasma Deliver mediocre results at best in my opinion.
I have first-hand experience and own one of these devices. 
The changes that are seen from using these devices come from the liposuction done at the same time and not from the heating of tissues.
It’s possible that some providers have gotten impressive results but overall my personal belief is that they are a failure when it comes to the holy Grail of nonsurgical skin tightening.
cellulite is best treated using Subsicion in conjunction with adding very small amounts of volume through conservative fat transfer or fillers.
This can be done with a device called Celfina though the device isn’t completely necessary.
I typically do not recommend fat removal for the banana roll.
This area is a skinfold and I’ve seen too many failed attempts to ever recommend it. Perhaps your cool sculpting did good for you but in general it should be left alone.
We simply don’t have great treatments for women who have flabby legs with cellulite.
I’m sure other providers may be more enthusiastic but this has been my experience of the past 25 years.
