Your eyebrows may be raised with a hairline lowering procedure.  One way to be certain to avoid eyebrow position changes is to have a hair transplant.  Hairs from the back of the head can be moved to lower your hairline for permanent, natural looking results.

If you look at hairline lowering before and after photos you will notice that there is often a slight elevation of the eyebrows after surgery (and this normally looks quite feminine and natural). The tissue under your eyebrows is firmly attached to the bone right above your eye.  We commonly  release this to allow the eyebrows to raise slightly, but we don't have to.  If the attachments are left intact the brows will not significantly change with the procedure.   -Dr. Rolfes
