What age is the ideal age for a man to have a hairline lowering procedure?

I will not lower an overly high hairline for the most part in any male younger than 30 years old, and even then I will go very conservatively if I do it at all.  At such a young age, you are at high risk of losing hair in the future, and the key is to do no harm and to make sure that we plan for how things will look in the future.

Forehead reduction surgery or hair grafting transplant can both lower your hairline.  If you are male, there is a risk that you may have genetic male pattern balding.  In your early twenties the genetic pattern may not be evident. 

Men with receding hairlines should hold off doing a hair transplant until they are 25 when the balding pattern will emerge.Sooner or later, a man with a receding hairline will develop pattern balding
