How do I fix a dent after fat necrosis from BBL? I'm 4 months post op. (photos)

I got a bbl January 8th, 2017, during my recovery I ended up getting fat necrosis which left me with a dent that is pretty large. Is there any way I can fix this and fill it in ? Also I have discoloration now from all this, will I go back to my normal color ?
