Is self adhearing foam the same thing as Lipo foam? Can I Wear it under my faja after my BBL? (photo)

Good afternoon, thanks for your question, of course, you can add compression under your garment as much as you feel comfortable, remember to ask your surgeon always, but to get rid of liquid an swollen body, it is better to apply compression under the garment. 

Thank you for your question. Self adhering foam is Reston Foam and is a product made by 3M. Lipofoam is not self adherent. They serve the same purpose but are different products. I suggest you call your plastic surgeon and ask her/him what they would like you to use. I suggest making sure whatever you use is approved by your plastic surgeon first as you want to make sure your recovery is as safe and healthy as possible. Good luck!
