It is a good idea if you are not absolutely sure to call the office. In my office you would be allowed to wear leggings if they are not tied around your buttocks. You have to try and avoid to wear or do anything that applies pressure on the fat cells Within the first three weeks. Fat cells are in the most honorable within the first week after the surgery.
