Voluma wearing off at 2 months?

This is difficult to answer without pictures. I suggest following up with your injector. This isn't typical, but additional filler or a different type may be needed to get the results you want. Hope this helps.

Keep in mind, you would have had swelling which would have impacted your initial results. I recommend following up with your injector. A touch-up may be needed to get the outcome you want. Also, nasolabial folds need a combination approach to get improvement. I recommend fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Unfortunately, without before and after photos, it's difficult to determine how much difference there is with your Voluma injections.  Keep in mind that some patients do experience mild swelling, so if you did and now it's resolved, it may look as if your injections are fading.  I suggest follow up with your injector who can determine whether you need additional syringes of Voluma.
