Inflammatory reactions and nodules after Voluma, Volbella and Vollure injections have been reported. These reactions have been reported weeks to months after injection and sometimes have been associated with recent dental work. Some people have felt that they are related to the development of a biofilm in the area of injection. It is hard to know if this is what you are experiencing without an in-person examination, so I would suggest following up with a trusted provider who is experienced in filler complications to discuss your case. 

Thank you for your question. It is possible to have delayed inflammatory responses to any filler but a little more so with the longer lasting ones. This is way the cleaning and injection technique must be excellent. If it lasts longer than 48 hours I would speak to your injector, or an expert in your area who is comfortable treating possible filler issues. Most of the time these can be resolved completely with little intervention, but you don't want to wait to long, or go to the wrong person to have it fixed.
