I had mini incision eyelid surgery with fat removal in 2013. The 0.5 cm incision is made 10mm above lash line. The crease is too high for my short length eyes and now it looks round rather than almond shaped. My original crease looks around 0.5mm from lash line but due to excess fat or too much skin the eyelid is only 0.1-0.2 mm when i open my eyes. Should I get revision to lower the crease to where it originally was and remove 0.2 - 0.3 mm of skin? I want something that fits my eye shape.
