Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to somehow contour my right eye(left on photo) with surgery to have some more symmetry with my left eye? The left upper eye lid seems to have some more fat, not sure if this matters. Thank you so much!

I perform the Foxtail Lift for this exact reason. You have residual excess skin on the tail end of the upper eyelids and this is usually a direct result of a bleph that does not address the lateral tail. I would schedule in the near future and go to an expert.

You would be a good candidate for lower eyelid surgery. This surgery is done on the back of the lower lid to eliminate your bag. It is fine to have any other eye surgery (LASIK or clear lens exchange) before or after as long as you give your self about 1 month between surgeries.
