Answer: Eyelid surgery Yes you can have upper lid surgery with filler in your lower lid/tear trough. You can get botox as soon as the swelling is gone for the lids (usually 1-2 weeks).

This procedure does not have an effect on the upper eyelid. It takes about 6 weeks for tissues to heal after blepharoplasty. However, lower blepharoplasty surgery requires a longer time to heal. I recommend waiting at least 3 months for treatment with Botox. Best wishes.
