I have an asymmetrical eyes which is easily noticeable. My right eye is bigger than the left eye. Sometimes it looks like there is a difference in eye size and sometimes difference in eyelids. When I shoot a video or take a picture of mine, due to lateral inversion the defect is clearly visible like there is two distinct eyes on the same face. Also, while eating, laughing, talking and when I am tense or angry the left eye gets bigger involuntarily. I want to fix this, please suggest.
Answer: Non-Surgical Chemical Brow Lift for Eyelid Rejuvenation -- add Ultherapy, Thread Lifting, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Treatments As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Asymmetry in the brows and maxillary ridge A blepharoplasty may not necessarily correct the asymmetry in the brows and the maxilla. Your eyes are different and may not respond appropriately to a surgery that removes upper eyelid skin. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Asymmetrical Eyes Good morning VanshikaAgarwal09,I hope this message finds you in good stead. From what I can gather from your images and your query - you are concerned with varying scleral show / opening of your eyes on one side compared to the other. There are two things that must be treated here in my opinion - One - Ptosis - which can be corrected via an ophthalmologic surgeon. The other being a blepharoplasty - would help to increase the scleral show and there by equating your eye openings. Although an image is a great starting point , I would recommend a video consultation / in person consultation with a board certified Aesthetic Plastic surgeon to take this forward and thoroughly answer your query. Answer: Combination of brow lift, upper eyelid and fox eyes! Hello. Yes, the asymmetry of your eyes is noticeable. You have ptosis in one eye. Have you ever heard of ptosis? Also, if you draw a line between the beginning and the end of your eye, you will see that the line is straight. The end of your eye should always be a few millimeters higher than the beginning. The reason for this is related to the tear ducts. Therefore, it is necessary to combine brow lift, upper eyelid /with ptosis correction and fox eyes surgery to give you a fresh and more symmetrical look. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile. You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. With all respect.
