I perform the Foxtail Lift for this exact reason. You have residual excess skin on the tail end of the upper eyelids and this is usually a direct result of a bleph that does not address the lateral tail. I would schedule in the near future and go to an expert.

There are always some subtle asymmetries, irregularities and unevenness after lower lid blepharoplasty surgery. After 3 to 6 months, these can usually be addressed with small amounts of filler such as Juvederm or even small amounts of Botox for inflammatory hyperactivity of the orbicularis muscle. Now that the lower lids look so youthful, it has exaggerated the aging and excess skin in the upper lids. Thank you for showing your photos as it shows how early aging changes in the upper lids can be brought out or made more obvious by only tightening or addressing the aging in the lower lids. This is why the upper lids are commonly addressed at the same time as the lower lids.
