What procedure(s) must I undergo to achieve the changes to my eye/eyelids shape I desire?

Question

I have hooded eyes (my parents have hooded eyes and got upper blepharoplasty). I also have a positive canthal tilt (correct me if I'm wrong), which I dislike and want changed to a neutral tilt. I dislike the almond eye look. I want more upper eyelid exposed, and less of an ethnic/hooded look. The medial upper lid should be more exposed/hollow than the center upper lid, and the center should be more exposed than the lateral lid. Do I need a medial brow lift + canthoplasty + blepharoplasty?

A Foxtail Upper eyelid lift will help recontour the eyelids and the lateral tail of the upper lids. You have nice features that perhaps can be enhanced with an eyelid lift.

For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. You are right about the procedures that you have guessed would be needed to affect these changes to your eyelid and eye shape. However a medial browlift without a lateral balanced browlift may create a an unnatural and even slightly comical shape of the eyebrows. Also it seems from the photos that there may be slight ptosis of the upper eyelids so a proper examination is needed by an opthalmic doctor before you embark on cosmetic surgery.
