It is important to understand that the liposuction performed during the procedure can have as dramatic effect if not a more dramatic effect on your buttock contour as the fat actually injected into the buttock. A waist to hip ratio of 0.7 (meaning the waist is considerably narrower than the hips) is seen by many as attractive.
