Cost of rhinoplasty in America (under $4000)? (Photo)

$4000 us a little on the low side.  It may cover surgeries cost alone, but you need to add in anesthesia and surgery center costs to that.  Figure on at least  $2000 more.

Rhinoplasty prices vary greatly
because the rhinoplasty procedure itself encompasses a wide range of
techniques that can be performed to different extents.Therefore the cost
range is pretty wide from $6000-$12,000. My recommendation is to first
find qualified surgeons   that are board certified by the American Board
of Plastic Surgery or the American Board of Otolaryngology. Find one or
two surgeons you trust, then compare prices between them. Factors that
influence the price include:
1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight
stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctors office?
2. Type of Anesthesia -  IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a
board certified anesthesiologist or a nurse anesthetist be used, or an
RN?
    
 
3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The best
trained (and longest) would be a surgeon board  certified by the
American Board of Plastic Surgery, but also consider American Board of
Otolaryngology trained surgeons
    
 4. Length and Complexity of
Surgery - Tip Rhinoplasty only or complete rhinoplasty, open or closed
technique, deviated septum repair,or breathing problems corrected, , how
long, ?etc

So it really depends on what you want to achieve regarding your final result. The cost associated with rhinoplasty is almost certainly going to be more than $4000. The surgeon's fee might be less than that, but the total cost of the anesthesiologist and the surgical center fee will be higher. This is especially true for a reputable, experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.

The cost of a rhinoplasty is directly related to the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in a formal operating room monitored under general anesthesia by a physician anesthesiologist, in addition to the surgeon's fees for performing the procedure and all of the post operative follow-up appointments for one year. It's very important to choose quality, not price, since rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery. Picking the wrong surgeon based on price will cost you much more in the long run with a revision rhinoplasty. You appear to be a good candidate for rhinoplasty but generally speaking only narrowing the bridge is not sufficient for most patients.  The cost of rhinoplasty is normally well over $4000 in many offices approximately twice that when you add in anesthetist fee and operating room fee.  It is most important to have the procedure done properly and in an accredited facility the first time so I would suggest you delay rather than find the cheapest doctor. to put your trust in.  Enjoy the video link above about a natural nose job result and best wishes,
