Asymmetrical jaw? Asymmetrical nose? Both? How do I correct it! (photos)

For years, I've noticed that I have a 'wonky face'. I see it in pictures, videos, mirrors - I can never un see it and it gives me a serious lack of confidence. I always thought it was a misaligned jaw as it swings to the left, I have a fuller left cheek and I also have TMJ in the left jaw joint. However, I've noticed that it could be the other feature I detest most - my nose. It's large and a huge blip on my face. I can't live with it and would love opinons on how to treat it?

All faces are asymmetric.  It is a matter of judgment whether the asymmetries are acceptable, whether they clash or are outside of specification.  Some of your asymmetries may benefit from some corrections.Cases such as yours are very challenging and require considerable experience, an artistic eye, and a gentle touch.

You have a significant facial asymmetry marked by a right nasal deviation and a left jaw deviation. The diametric nature of your facial asymmetry make its look worse than if either one alone existed. The combination of a chin bone repositioning and a straightening rhinoplasty would go a long way to making substantial improvements in your facial asymmetry.

The crooked nose can be straightened with a rhinoplasty procedure  by placement of osteotomies in the nasal bones to straighten them, and a spreader graft placed in the midportion of the nose on the concave side. A custom carved chin implant can accomplish augmenting the weak side of the chin to help with facial balance and proportions. There is no perfect nose or chin, just improvement.
