I had a septo/rhino for a deviated septum, inverted V & open roof deform, tip tilted to the left/that was the rhino part.Dr put spreader grafts on each side of my nose using my ear cartilage. As a last min decision dr put ear fascia over septum as I have thin skin. The fascia shows as an entire outline patch on my nose. It gets red, caused a rectangular hump & constant bridge pressure. Has the fascia "gone wrong" so to speak? Dorsal hump removed 26 yrs ago/straight nose prior to surgery/see pics
