This is often needed. The biggest concern is if you have over lipo that is VERY difficult to fix. You have streaking which is a problem of using a cannula in a superficial layer. The special technique that can be used to help tighten your skin is dry liposuction which doesn't remove fat but will break up scar and create a layer that is "raw" and allow the skin to re-drape.  Board certification is fairly useless unless it happens to be by the American Board of plastic surgery.  That is really the only board that matters in this context. Alternatively the American Board of facial plastic surgery is a second runner up with highly qualified of doctors.  Unfortunately boards like the American Board of cosmetic surgery requires nothing more than an entrance fee to join.  So there's that.  Based on your pictures you were over treated.  This is difficult and often not possible to correct.  Revision liposuction just takes up more fat when removing too much fat what's the problem in the first place.  Fat transfer doesn't work because there is no longer post tissue to support the fat graft.  There are really no good options for your outcome.  Anyone who promises you that they can fix this is not being honest.  There may be room for improvement but don't expect anyone to restore you to your pre-liposuction self.  Perhaps it's time to call out your provider with some reviews that are honest.  Sorry to be blunt but my experience has been people like you want the truth more than being told BS excuses.  Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
